Lucy initially joined Iceni on a part time basis whilst pursuing a Masters at the University of Manchester. Having graduated with a Distinction in Urban Regeneration & Development (MSc) in 2019, she now supports the team on a wide range of projects, including residential and commercial schemes throughout the North West.

Most recently, Lucy has assisted with the preparation of planning applications for two SEND schools as well as preparing representations to the development of Local Plans. Lucy also undertakes detailed planning appraisals and planning policy reviews to assist clients with their investment decisions.

Lucy has a keen interest in the development of co-living and student accommodation schemes, particularly in Manchester.

She is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Member of the RTPI.
