Lewis is a member of Iceni’s Central London Planning Team and has over 6 years planning experience working throughout the UK and Australia.

Lewis has worked on a number of high profile planning projects, including major urban mixed use regeneration schemes and greenfield urban land releases for up to 10,000 new homes. He has advised a diverse range of clients including landowners, occupiers, funds, developers and local authorities.

His project work has seen Lewis gain strong experience across London, including the boroughs of Camden, Islington, Westminster, Southwark, the City of London and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Lewis also specialises in all Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) matters..

Lewis takes a personable approach to all of his work and couples this with his excellent technical planning skills to build strong relationships with project teams and local authorities, enabling him to secure the best possible outcome for his clients.

During his career, Lewis has worked as part of teams that have won the RTPI’s Planning Consultancy of the Year, the Design Excellence Award at the UK Planning Awards and individually has been recognised as an outstanding young planner by the Planning Institute of Australia.
